Dancing for him is a part of his soul and can't survive without it. Jeet studies in School Krokir Char High School. Jeet is a Bengali in origin. He has participated in several dance-based reality shows and has done exceedingly well in them. Jeet's first reality show was Dance Bangla Dance in the year 2009. He stood as the winner of the show. Later, he participated in Zee TV's reality show Dance India Dance season 2.

Jeet's audition performance made the judges mesmerized. He performed on the song Kolaveri Di, and his moves impressed everyone. However, he suffered a brain fever and later spotted as a wild card entry in the show. Jeet also contested another famous show, Dance Plus season 3. He was one of the tough contenders of the show. He has gained expertise in various dance forms like hip-hop, Bollywood, break move, popping, and bolting.
