Pushpa Porwal

Pushpa Porwal is a Creative Director. She completed her BMM course after getting a diploma in TV anchoring from Chatarpati Sahuji Maharaj Kanpur University, Kanpur. Then she moved from Hyderabad to Delhi, where she worked as a news anchor on ETV. After some time, she joined Aaj Tak. But later, she realized that she didn’t like to be in front of the camera, so she became RJ in Radio Mirchi. She worked as an RJ for one and half years, and then she came to Mumbai to join the TV industry. Through her friend's influence, she joined as an associate creative head in Rashmi Sharma Productions for shows such as Saathiya and Palkon Ki Chhaon Mein. Later, she worked in the front Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon and then in the show Kairi.

Soon after, she joined Honey Juda Na Hum and is currently a part of Mrs. Pammi Pyarelal as a Creative Head. Recently she was interviewed about her present life and whether she is happy with it or not. She answered generously, "Now, I have found my true calling. I am happy where I am as I have always loved watching television. As a kid, I always used to wonder why my favorite television show of an hour. But today, I know what all goes into making a 30-minute show, especially from Monday to Saturday." She also said that it's not easy to be a creative director as one is responsible for whatever happens on the sets at the creative level. There is so much pressure. But if one loves their job, they manage to do everything.
