It was then that she gained popularity. She hails from Chandigarh but, is settled in Mumbai for a few years now. She is a home-tutor and before that, she ran a Tiffin service. She is the wife of Manmeet Singh, a small-time actor of Hindi film industry. The couple has two daughters. Her daughters helped her to prepare for the show. She has studied till class XII. She didn’t allow her low educational background to become her weakness. She says that she is blessed with a good memory and reading on the internet was of good help. She hoped that the prize money does great for her daughters as far as their education was concerned. She had been trying hard from the very first season of the show to get into it, but its sixth season seemed to be lucky and huge for her.
