Rohanpreet Singh

Born in Punjab, this little star took to fame as the winner of the much-loved show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Little Champs where kids of different ages came up with their singing talent. Having completed his schooling from SriGuru Harikrishna Public School, he started singing at the age of 4. His first stage performance was at the age of 4 in his colony. Given the inbuilt talent of singing, Rohanpreet took inspiration from his father’s friend namely Professor Gurmukh Singh Sehgal who himself is a classical singer and whom he also acknowledges as his Guru. Being an average student in school, he mentions Science as his favorite subject. Having known and watched the show Little Champs, Rohanpreet being a singer himself took a chance. He seems to have been very talented as the CD he sent for his audition of Little Champs was selected in one instance. As told by him, his parents have always been enormously supportive of his singing career, and he comes from a family of two elder sisters, Rashminder, and Amanpreet.

He is currently getting trained in Hindustani Classical music and practices music for two hours daily. His favorite song is the title track of the Hindi Movie Apne. Having always been a naughty kid, he doesn’t like staying quiet and lives life to the fullest. With an amazing voice like his, he is sure to reach the zenith of success.
