Beauty Pageant. Navpreet comes from the small town of Ittan-Baddi in Jalandhar, Punjab. She was born to a family working in the Indian police force. The diva was inspired to chase after a career in modeling after her television viewing of National beauty pageants and fashion walks.
As a student at Kanya Maha Vidyalaya in Jalandhar, she contested in Punjab’s selections for the Femina Miss India contest. After a grueling run, she was crowned Miss Punjab, and was chosen to participate in the Femina Miss India 2016 beauty pageant. Navpreet was one of the top 5 finalists of the event. Her determination to win the crown pushed her to take up advanced grooming and communication training and take part in the 2017 Miss India pageant. She has done several shoots for popular brands and has also worked as a part-time RJ.
