Faisal Khan was born in 1999 in Mumbai. His father is an auto rickshaw driver and his mother is a housewife. Since his early childhood, he was very passionate about dancing and acting. 

In 2012, he was selected for participation in Zee TVs programme, Dance India Dance Li'l Masters 2. With his great style of dancing and offbeat movements, he was the winner of Dance India Dance Li'l Masters 2 competition. In the same year, he also participated in dance Ke Superkids as a contestant and made a special appearance in Dance Ka Tashan.

In 2013, he was offered the role of young Maharana Pratap Singh in the Sony TV serial Bharat Ka Veer Putra Maharana Pratap Singh. He is presently doing the role and his performance in the serial is receiving all round accolades. 

He is a great fan of Rithik Roshan and he says that he has switched to acting following the example of Rithik Roshan who has done the same. 

He has also received a number of awards for his performance like Zee Rishtey Awards, Zee Gold Awards for best male lead, Indian telly Awards for best child artist and Indian television Academy Awards for best child actor for his performance in Maharana Pratap.

He says that his dream has been fulfilled by having the chance to act and dance and he wants to become a choreographer in future and wants to direct Rithik Roshan in dancing.

Jai Kumar Nair

The young and talented Jai Kumar Nair is a performer who began his career succeeding in reality dance shows. Born to a stay-at-home mother and a retired electrical contractor, Jai is part of a small family with an elder sister and brother. He had always been a lover of the art, dancing from a tender age, even before he turned 10 years old, realizing his passion for it. It is no surprise that he has always looked up to Shane Sparks, Marthy Kundelkar and Michael Jackson for inspiration. In spite of having a simple life and family, it did not hinder him from chasing his dreams. He has been trained in jazz and his favorite styles are contemporary and hip-hop. However, Jai is good in many varieties, having also performed afro jazz, Bollywood, salsa and rock. In 2007, with his hard work and passion he became the Boogie Woogie Mahayudh Solo champion. The rest was history. On participating in Dance India Dance (season 1), one of the most popular dance reality shows on Indian television, he placed 3rd. Then in 2010 he mentored in DID Lil Masters, as well as in Jhalak Dhikkla Jaa seasons 4 and 5 for a popular actress of the 90s Renuka Shahane and child actor Darsheel Safary, respectively. He has also been a mentor for the show DID Super Mom’s in the year 2013. He has been the driving force behind creating new dance sensations like Shreya Acharya, Susanket Mishra, Urvashi Gandhi and Raini Patel. More recently, he sat in the judge’s seat in Assam for a reality show called ‘Superdancer’ which was shown on Jonack TV. Jai has recently spread out his wings in opening a dance institute in Andheri West, Mumbai; the Jai Kumar Dance Institute provides free training in myriad styles such as Bollywood, contemporary, Latin ballroom, jazz and hip-hop for people of all ages, be it children or adults. Jai is also a charity worker, visiting the Indian Cancer Society patients to teach them annually along with his team.
