Shuly Nadar

Shuly Nadar is a widely recognized Indian fitness model, calisthenics competitor, and television personality. Shuly was born on 22 January 1999 in Tamil Nadu and raised in Mumbai, she moved to the city at a young age. Hailing from a Christian South Indian family in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, Shuly Nadar has a strong background. Her mother is Mallika Nadar, and Yeshudas Nadar is her brother. Shuly completed her education at St. Jude's High School in Malad-West, Mumbai, and furthered her studies at Vivek Vidyalaya & Junior College in Goregaon (West), Mumbai, after finishing her secondary education.

Between 2017 and 2020, Shuly pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies at the University of Mumbai. Excelling in her first semester exams, she graduated as the top student in her class. This background in mass communication and media studies has undoubtedly equipped her with valuable skills for her role as a TV personality. In 2022, Shuly Nadar started her career as a teacher at Vivek Vidyalaya & Junior College in Goregaon (West). However, after seven months, she made the decision to resign from her teaching position to focus on preparing for a calisthenics competition.

In January 2023, Shuly competed in the prestigious Barberian Competition, a renowned calisthenics event. She secured the second position in the Guns & Roses category, marking a significant achievement and enhancing her reputation as a competitive fitness athlete. Later that same year, in 2023, Shuly Nadar participated in the 19th season of the popular Indian reality TV show, MTV Roadies (Karm Ya Kaand). During the auditions, she was chosen to be a part of the team led by gang leader Rhea Chakraborty. Shuly viewed this opportunity as a platform to showcase her exceptional fitness prowess. Shuly Nadar has earned considerable respect in the fitness industry and has gained a substantial following on social media.

Shuly’s impressive muscular physique and unwavering dedication to training have captured the hearts of many. Apart from her fitness journey, Shuly also holds a fondness for animals.
