Akshata Sonawane

Akshata Sonawane was one of the contestants of MTV Splitsvilla Season 10 ( 2017 ), which aired on MTV India. She was born on 9th May 1996 in Panvel, Mumbai, India. She finished her schooling at St. Mary's High School, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, and SIES Nerul, Navi Mumbai. Later, she pursued a bachelor's degree in Business and Management Science. Her mother is Pooja Sonawane. Her mother is the pillar of the house. She also has a brother. 

Akshata was also a Basketball player on the National Level. She goes on trips often. Since childhood, she wished to become an actress, therefore, she entered into acting from the modeling industry. MTV show contestant Akshata has earlier showed up in many pageants such as won the Face of Navi Mumbai title, the winner of Kalanilayam (2014), 1st runner up in Miss Raigad Queen (2015), and winner in Elite Miss India Asia(2015).
