Meraj Ul Haque is an Indian celebrity chef. He studied at the Mumtaj Inter College, Kanpur. He completed his education from the Aligarh Muslim University. In 2009 he won the Master chef of the year Award for North Indian cuisine from the Federation of Indian Hotel and association. He joined The Peabody Memphis as the master chef in 2000. He was the chef consultant for Mariott International in 2001 and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in 2001. In 2003, he was the master chef for the Indian Habitat Centre where he was in charge of the specialty’s outlets, developing new recipes and planning menus for special banquets. He was a show contestant for NDTV’s Foodistan.
He was the Master chef for the CDC The Great Kabab Factory at the Radisson Blu Plaza. Meraj has also mentored at the Cuisiano gurukul. He was the master chef for Massive Restaurants Pvt Ltd and was also the executive chef of Jay Jay Capital and Investments Pvt Ltd. In 2022, he was appointed as the director of Kingdom of Kebab. He has handled the catering operations for the Golden Jubilee anniversary of Lok Sabha members headed by the Former Prime Minister Mr. Atal Behari Vajpayee for the State Function. He also accompanied Mr. Atal Behari Vajpayee as a part of the delegates team to USA, UK, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Cake Town and Dhaka.
