She has completed her master's in Performing Arts (Bharat Natyam) from Chennai. Driven by an immense passion for the classical arts, she learned Odissi. She has pushed the walls of her comfort zone, which has led to her ultimate success in multiple forms of art. She has a creative thought process. She believes in thinking outside the box rather than simply sticking to the old patterns of art forms. Reshma is known for his work as an anchor on Shine on with Gitanjali, which aired on Zoom TV, and as an artist for Doordarshan Kendra, Mumbai. She is highly creative and likes to experiment by combining traditional ideas with modern ones. Reshma also believes that experience is the best teacher of all things.

So, she also works as an effective trainer for children and adults based on her learning through experience.
