Gautam Bhimani

Gautam Bhimani is a leading sports commentator and anchor cum quizzer currently associated with ESPN STAR SPORTS. Born on 25th June to parents Kishore Bhimani and Rita Bhimani, cricket has been a part of him right from his birth date. Gautam completed his ICSE from ST. Xavier’s School Kolkata in 1987. He achieved his O, and A levels from Calcutta International school in 1989 achieved his BSC in mass communication from Southeast Missouri State University in 1993. Gautam calls himself a quiz freak and that’s what earned him a trip to Singapore where he came in contact with ESPN dignitaries after winning the third place in ALL INDIA BRAND EQUITY QUIZ. Bhimani initially enrolled as a quizmaster and conducted quizzes in various B-schools and corporate. He simultaneously worked as a radio jockey at radio network FM. Later, he also worked as a copywriter for JWT. It was during his backroom research job for the show Harsha Online that he got noticed and made his debut in front of the camera in January 2001 during the Zimbabwe tour of India. Since then, there was no looking back for him. He has served as an anchor/presenter for cricket in almost all Test cricketing nations save Pakistan. His youthful passion for his work field earned him the Ramanath Goenka Award for journalism in 2007. In his personal life, Gautam in a fun loving person who describes his 15 years in the sports field as a paid job which comes with added benefits of travelling and seafood. It is this dash of humour in him that brings his commentary alive and fills the commentary box with a new vibe. His light heartedness can be viewed as he indulges himself in beach fiestas, challenges players to take up a game against him or grills his sports-writer dad about his latest work.


Nitin Arora

Nitin Arora is a popular anchor, actor and music composer in the B-Town. He is known for his on stage anchoring and music contributions in many Bollywood movies. He is presently the managing director of ‘Katalyst Entertainment’ – a celebrity management organization based in Mumbai. It comprises of artist managers and event handling. Nitin is the man behind the creation of this organization as it was his vision to provide such business in the entertainment industry. Nitin graduated in Hotel Management from PUSA. He initially worked as a hotel manager in Shimla, Jaipur, and Agra. He has also worked as a DJ for a few years. He came to Mumbai in the year 2001 to start his career. After this, Nitin and Sony decided to invest their hard work in the field of music. Harry Baweja gave them a chance to compose. Their composition ‘Sharaabiyon’ for the film ‘Teesri Ankh’ won them a lot of praise. It was sung by Asha Bhonsle and was appreciated for its lyrics too. The duo gave the soundtrack of the film ‘Swami’ in 2007. It became a part of the Guinness Book of World Records as the first ever soundtrack recorded before the film was shot. They worked hard on the sound, impressions, chorus, instruments and percussions of the track. In 2008, they worked for their next project ‘Money Hai To Honey Hai'. Nitin also had a small appearance in the film. They worked elaborately with the musicians to compose the music for this film. Nitin has been a part of various television shows such has ‘Left Right Left,’ ‘Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahi’ and ‘Kaisa Ye Pyar Hai’. ‘Aaj Bhi Ateet’ was his debut show on TV. Other movies in which Nitin has featured are ‘Karam,’ ‘Ishq Vishk’, and ‘Uff Kya Jadoo Mohabbat Hai’. Today, Nitin is a versatile artist known for his shows and music. He is known for his impeccable voice, inspiring style, unmatchable spirit and superb compositions. He has done over thirty-five thousand shows and more than five hundred television and radio spots. He is radio jockey, anchor, voice over artist and an event manager. He is a multi-talented personality indeed. He is known as the ‘Master of Ceremonies’. He got the pride privilege to host the Common Wealth Game Ceremony in 2010. In 2013, Nitin was awarded the Best Emcee Award in the male category. The musical duo Nitin and Sony have given their music for the movie ‘Hey Bro’ in 2015. It has songs like ‘Birju’ and ‘Bulbul.’ Both of them are an ardent lover of Musical Maestro A R Rahman.
