S.K. Prem or Shri Krishnlal Prem was a Screenwriter and Supporting actor in bollywood. He worked in the film industry from 1946 to 1974. He was well known for playing diverse characters, such as Father, Teacher, Doctor, Servant, etc. The most notable films of his career were Anjana (1948), Malhar (1951), Footpath (1953), Aas (1953), Bahar (1957), Manzil (1960), Ganga ki Lehare (1964), Shaheed (1965), Pathar aur Payal (1974) and Thokar (1974). His screenplay and writing was eminent in the movie Aas in 1953 for the Song “Chahe Naina Churao, Chahe Daman Bachao, Pyar Ho Ke Rahega”.
