The founder and artistic leader of Theatre Company Rifco is Pravesh Kumar. Before joining Rifco, Pravesh held positions as an assistant director and writer in the Bollywood film industry in India. For his first short film, Gods On Mountains, he received a Satyajit Ray Short Film Award nomination in 2009. Bollywood film Yet Another Love Story, which he directed in 1999, was Pravesh's theatrical debut. Some other Rifco productions are: There's Something About Simmy, It Ain't All Bollywood, The Deranged Marriage, Where's My Desi Soulmate?, Meri Christmas, Britain's Got Bhangra, MummyJi Presents, and Break The Floorboards. As a part of World Stages London for the 2012 Olympics, the brand-new musical Wah! Wah! Girls debuted in the West End.
