Hrishie Raj

Hrishie Raj is an actor in the Indian film industry. He hails from Tripura and works to establish himself in Kolkata and Bollywood films. Hrishie started his journey by acting in regional films of Tripura, making his debut with Bwkha in 2015. Besides working on establishing himself as a successful actor on the big screen, Hrishie also focuses on promoting the rich culture of Tripura. Hrishie sets an example that if you have big dreams, you must do big things to achieve them. He established himself as an entrepreneur to attain financial stability and pursued his dream of becoming an actor. Hrishie is not fluent in many languages. However, he has proved that when it comes to expression, language cannot be a limitation. He has given marvellous performances in various regional films and has wholly surpassed the language barriers. Even though he does not speak Kokborok, he has acted in several Tripura movies like Bwkha, Mukhosh, Kwmajak, and Mwkhang. Apart from that, he has acted in several Bengali films as well.

Hrishie's confidence and determination to succeed have brought him to great heights in the industry. He is the first individual from Tripura to become a member of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). He is also the brand ambassador of HR Warrior Fitness. Hrishie believes in doing virtuous deeds to uplift society. With this motive, he founded the NGO Purvaudaya that provides basic necessities like food and clothing free of cost to individuals in their times of need. Currently functioning in several centers in Tripura, this NGO aims to generate employment and promote the cultural arts forms of the state. After making a name for himself in his hometown, Hrishie ventured into the Bollywood industry with the film Noise Of Silence in 2021. In Bollywood, he has also acted in Shimanto (2022) and Vaccination (Sabka Hoga).
