in Sharda. Mehra became a notable artist from the Police Superintendent role in Jis Desh Mein Ganga Bhi Hai. He started his career in 1948 with Shaheed Latif's movie named “Shikayat”. From then he continued to work for the film industry till his last movie named “Aasoo Bane Angaarey” in 1993.
