Brij Parashar

Brij Parashar is an actor, director, and producer known for the television series Safarnama, the documentary Legends of the Wild: Kahani behead ki, the film Ranbanka, and 2006 Varanasi: The Untold. Parashar pursued his graduation in science at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra and a diploma in hospital administration and management at Holmes Institute. Later he also pursued master’s in communication and media studies at Griffith University, Brisbane, Queensland. In 2014, he completed his diploma in acting at New York Film Academy Australia, Gold Coast.

After finishing his courses, Parashar joined DMS Productions, Mumbai, and worked as an associate director for about two years. Later, he worked with Orion Entertainment as an associate director and producer for over four years. During his stint with the organization, he oversaw the company’s work in India, Australia, and abroad. In 2019, Parashar founded his organization named Orion Media Works in Sydney, Australia. Simultaneously, he also works as a business development manager with Dream Home Property Investments in Australia.

His acting credits include White Lines and 2006 Varanasi: The Untold. Parashar appeared as a footballer in the episode Welcome to the Jungle of White Lines, a mini television series. The 2013 TV series focuses on The Rams FC, a football team striving to succeed and creating history this season. The sports drama, created by Jesse Richardson, features stars like Michael Thomson, Steve Nation, Jacqui Duncan, and Daniel Green. In the 2018 film titled 2006 Varanasi: The Untold, Brij portrays the character Dharam.
