Mahadi Hasan is a Bengali or Bangladeshi assistant director. He had a higher educational degree in anthropology. Mahadi Hasan is famous for making short films independently. One of Mahadi's short films, "Photographs of a School Teacher", was selected for nominations at "The IndieCork Film Festival, Ireland, 2013." Mahadi Hasan made another film, "I Am Time," which was screened at the 69th Festival del film Locarno in 2016. He also made a documentary film, "The Sky is not Always Blue", in 2013, with the support of an institute - Goethe Institut, Dhaka. He has worked in different departments, such as sound, direction, and writing. One of his films, A Boring Film, was nominated at the Locarno International Film Festival in 2020.
