Hindi Art Director

The person who is responsible for supervising and unifying the creative vision of the producer is the Art Director. The art director controls the visual impact of all the sets and locations and how it builds a connection with the story by itself. The major role of the people working in this post is to oversee the work of the designers and artists who produce images and sketches for films, television shows, live concerts or video games.

Hired by the Production Designer, they control multiple departments- all the departments which have to do with the visuals of the production, be it hand-made art, or graphics, or the ones with deals with technicalities and computer-based visual effects. They collaborate with the Set Decorators and Set Designers. Apart from keeping a look at the preparation time and the wrap time, the budget of each department, and allocating work to each individual in these departments, they also take charge of the quality of the work done.

All the visual aspects including costumes and make-up are monitored by the art director. They loop after the advertising as well, and report to the Production Manager about the work that is being done.
