Kanishka Gupta

Kanishka Gupta is an Art Designer, Production designer, and Graphic Designer. She completed her high school diploma at Welham Girls School, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, from 2008 to 2015. Kanishka Gupta was active as the Head Girl of the school as well as the School Council Body Head. She was also part of the Art Department, Environment Society, and Art Department for school productions and Inter-School events.

Kanishka Gupta continued her studies at the University of the Arts London for her Foundation Degree in Design and Applied Arts with Theatre Design for Stage and Screen specialization from 2015-16. She also did a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and Visual Communication at Ecole Intuit Lab from 2016-19. She further studied B. A. in Design for Art Direction at the University of the Arts London from 2019-22 and participated as the Head Student Representative and Exhibition Showcase Co-ordinator.

Kanishka Gupta worked as a Graphic Designer (AVID Learning Internship) at Essar Foundation, Mumbai, Maharashtra, from May 2017 to December 2017. She worked as a Junior Graphic Designer (Freelancer) at ThreeEntertainment, Mumbai, Maharashtra, from September 2018 to October 2018. Her role was to design invites and collaterals for bespoke events in print and digital platforms. She also custom creatives for many private functions managed by the company.

She also worked as a Graphic Designer (Freelancer) at Mustard Restaurants, Goa, from May 2018 to January 2019, where she designed the package, event collaterals, social media content and festive menus for the inaugural year of the Mustard Mumbai chapter. She also did infographics and artwork for all restaurant locations and assisted in web design.

She then worked at Sam & Ekta as a Graphic designer (Freelancer) from March 2019 to April 2019 and gained experience in Brand Identity and Logo Redesign. She has worked as an Art Director at Soul for Screen Limited, London, since September 2021 and as a Production Designer since December 2021.
