Plot

Anji and his sister lead a happy life. His sister wants him to get married and tells him that she will get a suitable bride for him. A drug mafia gang uses ayurvedic medicines and utilizes the descendants of the Dhanwantari family. They lock Anji, and his sister is kidnapped. As he couldn’t save his sister, Anji ends his life. But, Bhajarangi’s soul enters Anji, and the rest of the story follows how Bhajarangi saves the people.

Star Performance

As usual, Shivanna did his best. Shruti is perfect with her role and impresses the audience. Shivaraj and Bhavana didn’t have much to do, and they seem to have done some extended cameos. Saurav Lokesh is good in the given role.

Analysis

The story is not new, but Harsha had dealt with it differently. Shivanna is the right choice. He is very good at emotional scenes and action sequences. However, the screenplay is unclear in some aspects and makes the audience think, Why this? The cinematography and editing are good. The VFX works are fantastic, and the technicians need a special mention. The BGM is a bit louder. Many scenes, including the climax, are predictable. However, certain twists and turns impress the audience.

What’s There?

  • Performance of the stars
  • Action scenes are well choreographed
  • VFX and cinematography are good

What’s Not There?

  • Predictable climax
  • The heroine is given a template role

Verdict

Shiva Rajkumar fans will like the film to the core, as their Superstar has excelled in the action sequences and the emotional scenes. The message-oriented Bhajarangi 2 is watchable once!
