Before I Fall, directed by Ry Russo-Yong had hit the screens recently. Now lets see how it is.

Zoey Deutch is rich girl who has fun with her other affluent pals. Once she goes to a party and while returning she gets connected with an accident that might have taken her life. She doesn’t die, but there is something more to it in the film…she gets from her unconsciousness and realizes that she is embroiled in a time loop; she has to live the day again and again. This would lead to a self-realization path for Deutch.

Star Performances

Deutch has given a good performance but the plot consists of little imagination. The rest of the cast are the typical ones that one has seen in such films. Analysis The movie lacks imagination and looks unoriginal.

What’s there?

Though the concept is tried and tested it is handles with some subtlety.

What’s not there?

Some of the sequences in the movie goes in the predictable lines.

The movie falls short of logic sometimes.
