The series features a complicated household with complex characters which makes the show all the more intriguing. Samina Ahmed (Khala) lives with her two sons, Jamal and Sami, her niece Rija and her elder brother’s daughter Anoushey. While all the children stay calm and collected most of the time, Jawal remains an exception. With his conservative ideals, he remains
