The serial Noor Bano explores the life of a girl named Noor. Broadcast on Hum TV, it is a serial set in Lahore. Noor is the only child of her father whose dying wish is to marry her to his brother’s son. As soon as he dies arrangements are made to marry Noor and Murash, her cousin. But Murash is also not in favor of this wedding as he sees Noor as his sister. Despite opposition from both bride’s and groom’s side, this marriage takes place. He falls in love with her and marries her. They then decide to go and ask for a blessing from Murash’s father. The major twist occurs when Murash finally sees his first wife as a wife in the actual sense. Meanwhile, Murash’s father dies in a car accident. Alvina was under this impression that Murash is highly repulsed by Noor. She is very jealous of Noor and hates her. But now the tables have turned. Murash starts spending more and more time with Noor. Meanwhile it is revealed that Alvina is pregnant. This is the final thing that Noor bears. One night she vanishes from their lives without telling anyone. They all assume that she left for some unknown place. Now what remains of the family is Murash, Alvina, and their daughter.

It is later revealed that the real reason Noor left was that she was pregnant with Murash’s son. Will Murash know that he has a son? Yes. After a time lap of five years, two different lives are shown- Noor with her son and Murash and his family. A phone call changes everything. One day Alvina receives a call from a school that a child named Murash is ill. Can the parents please come and get him? This surprises Alvina as Murash only has a daughter. She asks for the address of the school and locates where that boy is. She is surprised to see Noor is the mother of that child. After this Murash, himself comes to know of this fact that he has a son. He is livid with anger at Noor for keeping his child a secret from him. He then divorces her in the end.
