The show’s storyline aims to showcase the challenges in the lives of young women and how they are told to compromise.  The series features a family with two parents and four adult children.

Khawar (Faysal Quereshi) used to abuse his wife, Tehreem, repeatedly. While giving childbirth, Tehreem dies. Tehreem’s younger sister Takbeer (Madiha Imam) is heartbroken about her sister’s death, and decides to take care of the child. She loves Ahmed wholeheartedly and decides to keep him with her whole life. Meanwhile, she gets engaged to Moosa (Shahzad Noor) and the couple becomes very excited about the wedding and married life. They even make plans to adopt Ahmed for the rest of their lives.  Khawar, on the other hand, is against this decision.

So, he takes away Ahmed when he is with Takbeer. The love Takbeer has for Ahmed has no boundaries, as she loves him like her own. The only solution to be with Ahmed is to marry Khawar, and that’s what Madiha does. Madiha compromises her love and her whole life to take care of Ahmed. The plot deals with the fact that it is motherhood that comes from within and from love.
