Mera Kiya Qasoor is a Pakistani serial premiered in 2021 on A Plus. It is an Urdu-language serial that focuses on twisted relationships among family members. The story begins with Tania, who is a school teacher. Tania is in love with Naseer, a man unrelated to her Khandan family. Naseer is a humble man who is cunning and always wants to borrow money from Tania. Tania pays Naseer a loan based only on faith, accepting his justifications. She wanted to marry him, but Naseer never gave it any thought. Tania is her family's eldest daughter. She resides with her younger sister, Haniya, and her parents, Ramzaan and Rifat. Being irritable, Ramzaan wishes to be free of the burden of his daughter's marriage.

Tania's parents finalized her marriage to another man because she didn't tell them about her relationship with Naseer. Haniya, on the other hand, is in a relationship with Asfar, her cousin. Asfar belongs to a well-to-do family and is working in a good position. Asfar and Haniya love each other alot. However, Asfar’s mother disapproves of their relationship and wants a daughter-in-law of their status. The story escalates when Ramzaan sees Tania on a bike with a man. He insults and scolds Tania for being in a relationship. Tania is disheartened as her parents don't respect her decision and force her to marry an unknown man. Her parents plan to get her married the following day to calm her down. On the wedding day, Tania and Haniya are prohibited from leaving the house. The final opportunity Tania has to meet Naseer and resolve the issue is ruined.

Naushabha is persuading her mother to send a marriage proposal to Asfar's home. Despite being Asfar's first cousin, Haniya is Asfar's best friend, which makes Naushabha envious of her. Naushabha expresses her wish to marry Asfar and convinces her mother to send the marriage proposal to his house. However, Naushabha’s mother refuses to send the proposal and instead persuades Naushabha to forget Asfar. Incidentally, Asfar’s mother persuades Tania to leave her wedding and live with Naseer.
