Munawwar Saeed is a television actor and belongs to Pakistan. He has been in this industry for over ten years. He has worked in about two hundred films and a thousand dramas. After getting his graduation degree, he began to teach in an engineering college in Karachi, Pakistan. However, his childhood passion for acting made his heart wander away from his occupation of being a teacher. Hence, he decided to persuade his father to let him set out and pursue his dreams in the acting career. Subsequently with his father’s blessings and sanction, he connected to PTV in 1967. Three years later, in the year of 1970, he got employed in various illustrious dramas like Ashfaque Ahmed’s 'Taqreeb-i-Imtihaan', Gandasa and Mirza Ghalib Bunder Road per Akhara. He was nominated for his character in one the plays and he won the award called Graduate’s Award.
Munawwar attracted everyone’s attention and was proposed a role in the movie named ‘Ghar Damaad’. He signed the role and agreed to work, and consequently this movie became his debut. His role was iniquitous in the movie, and he worked pretty hard for his role, but the movie failed to work its magic on the spectators and finally was announced a dud.
