directed this TV show. The series started premiering on  25th February 2019 on Vijay TV. Actor Arun Prasad made his Tamil debut with this series. This story mainly revolves around Kannamma, an intelligent and dark-skinned girl full of self-confidence. Still, she is constantly bullied by her sister Anjali and her stepmother because of her dark color.
Kannamma's sister and stepmother always mistreat her and try to pull her down. But times change for Kannamma when she fell in love with Bharati, a doctor. Bharati's mother also did not like the relationship between Kannamma and Bharati because she also didn't like dark-skinned girls. This story revolves around this plot throughout.
