Neeya is a Tamil TV serial aired on Vasantham. It is a soap opera that has 45 episodes, in total. The story is based on the lives of three friends: Maha, Anitha, and Sowmiya. The story starts with Maha getting a marriage proposal from a guy and her asking Anitha to go to the meeting instead of her. Anitha agrees to her proposal and goes instead of her and meets a guy named Goutham.
Maha later tells her family that she is not interested in marrying Gautham, and on the other hand, Gautham realizes that the girl he met was Anitha and gets furious and scolds her. Gautham later feels terrible about it and apologizes to Anitha. Gautham and Anitha start liking each other later. Maha gets jealous later and confesses that she missed her opportunity with Gautham. Maha wants to marry Gautham as well. The serial has a lot of drama and twists and turns.
