Mahalakshmi is the biggest financial support to her family. She lives with her mother, Meenakshi, and two sisters: Kokila, the elder, and Akhila, the younger one. Lakshmi is an ambitious lady who wants to carve a name for herself. She always wants to support her family, even after her marriage. And that’s why, when her marriage was fixed with Selvam, she laid this condition to him, stating that she would support her family, to which Selvam nodded yes. Selvam’s family is quite big, with his father Murugan, his mother Gowri, and three siblings. Vennila is Selvam’s elder sister, and Divya is his younger sister. Selvam has a younger brother, Kathirvelu. Vennila is married, and she has a daughter, Madhi. The story revolves around how Lakshmi tackles all her family issues on her husband’s side and continues her support to her mother and sisters.
