Marathi is the Marathi franchise of the famous Indian TV reality show Bigg Boss, hosted by Salman Khan. Mahesh Manjrekar, a famous Bollywood and Marathi actor and filmmaker, hosted the fourth season of Bigg Boss Marathi. The makers announced the show on 24 July 2022, with the launch of the first teaser on Colors Marathi. The first episode of the season premiered on 2 October 2022 on Colors Marathi and Voot Select app. 

The theme of this season was All is well, implying the hope that everything would go smoothly in the Bigg Boss house. There was a change in the logo of the show as well. The border of the eye was golden with a dark pink background. At the center, with a design of rangoli, BB was engraved.  

With the new season, the design and theme of the Bigg Boss house got a renewal. Season 4 Bigg House had interiors and exteriors resembling the chawls of Maharashtra. The Bigg Boss house had a balcony, which is an addition, for the first time in the history of Bigg Boss Marathi. The balcony was a representation of the 75 years of Indian independence. 

24x7 live footage and 30 minutes Before TV access were the two new perks for Bigg Boss lovers. Both of these features were available on Voot Select. The show telecasted on weekdays from 10:00 PM, and Bigg Boss Chi Chavadi telecasted at 09:30 PM on Saturday and Sunday on Colors Marathi.
