Marathi Tv Serial Swabhiman - Shodh Astitvacha

Swabhiman Shodh Astitvacha is a Marathi series that started airing on Star Pravah on 22nd February 2021. It went off air on 6th May 2023. It is the official remake of Mohor, the Bengali series that aired on Star Jalsha.

Shantanu Suryavanshi grew up with conservative ideologies. He believes that women should always depend upon men. In his childhood, after his mother left him, he was taken care of by his aunt, who hated Shantanu’s mom. Pallavi belongs to a middle-class family. Her dad, Bhaskar, was businessman but went bankrupt. Pallavi is not interested in marriage, as she saw her sister’s husband eyeing only in their properties. On the day of her engagement, Pallavi hides at her teacher Aditi’s house. Shantanu is engaged to Niharika, a wealthy girl, who is not interested in marriage and wants to pursue her higher studies in the US. Soon, she leaves for the US. Pallavi joins the college with Aditi’s help. In a turn of events, Pallavi and Shantanu get married. Aditi is none other than Shantanu’s mother, who left him when he was young. When she wants to reconcile with him, Shantanu’s granny plots to finish off Aditi. In this murder attempt, Aditi falls into a coma. This made Pallavi furious, and she started investigating this incident to know who harmed Aditi. What happened next? Will she find out the culprit and unite Aditi with her son? The rest of the series follows this!
