She has given her sweet voice for the title song of that movie, which was taped at Yash Raj studio in Mumbai. She made her grand entrance to this world on 12th April 1979. She chose Devendra Fadnavis to be her soul mate, the 18th Chief Minister of Maharashtra and has a lovely daughter named Divija Fadnavis. She currently resides in Mumbai as a backbone of her husband who strives hard to serve the state. Initially, her name was Amruta Ranade which she changed later in 2005 after her marriage.

Despite the political background of her family, she believes to stay simple and lead an austere life with high disciplines. She did her schooling in St.Josephs Convent in Nagpur, India and also served as deputy vice president in the Treasury Department in Axis bank. She strongly believes that there is no second chance in life and wants to live it to the fullest. She believes that life is filled with too many surprises to be unlocked. She has supported many girl children who were from a not so well background and helped them to achieve their passion. She believes in serving the country through small deeds like these.. She once went down the ramp to present the designs created by the Pune-based institute, the Chasa Institute of Design and Technology on the 8th of September.

Her intention of hitting the runway was to promote the designs of girl children who were the daughters of farmers or belonged to the backward strata of society and were striving to achieve stability. She believes in women empowerment and admits that educating a girl is like feeding her entire family the rest of their life. Also, the country grows and develops one step further. In her past, she has also been a part of the designer Hemant Trivedi’s show. Her life had a drastic change after her arranged marriage with the CM and she told that she experienced a new atmosphere when she moved from Nagpur. At times she felt lonely and sometimes she used to miss her friends and family. But her life with an influential person, gave her stardom and a royal life as well. She believes that a child can fulfil his/her dreams and their parents have no right to impose their desires. She considers this fact important for a better future of our country.
