Yogesh was selected from Pune by the wrestler and the Major Dhyan Chand Khel Ratna awardee, Sushil Kumar. Jadhav belonged to Prince Narula’s gang but was voted out in the sixth vote-out. While part of the reality series, Jadhav made headlines for proposing to VJ Gaelyn, who hosted the show.

Jadhav’s participation in the renowned reality show catapulted him to fame and won him a fan base. Before that, Jadhav was a mixed martial arts fighter. The Pune lad began training at a pretty young age. He is from an underprivileged family in Solapur, Maharashtra. His fascination for Kusthi Dangals propelled him towards wrestling. An added advantage was the presence of an uncle, who was a well-trained wrestler. Jadhav trained in Karate, honed his striking skills, and finally forayed into mixed martial arts. To pursue his dream, he relocated to Pune. He did several jobs and struggled in his initial days. Eventually, he pursued a career as a bouncer in pubs and cafes.

After his stint on the reality show ended, Jadhav resumed his training. However, since he met with accidents, it took him time to get back on track. He began to train at the Dragon MMA Gym in Pune on recovering. He worked as a wrestling trainer at Cult- The Work Out Station to make a living. He was recommended for the job by the owner of Dragon MMA gym Shantanu, MMA fighter Govind Ale, and Rishabh Telang, the founder of the workout station where he began to work. Yogesh aims to represent India at UFC 300. In an interview, he told about his project ‘Target UFC 300’ at the Dragon MMA gym, where he trains. The project’s objective is to help the potential fighters undergo training to prepare them for UFC 300. Jadhav keeps striving to get better at what he is already good at to make the country proud. The MMA fighter, and his group that he called Titan Squad, bagged the gold medal National Kickboxing Championship 2021. He aims to appear at Asian Games (2022) next.
