Fresh n Hits is a Malayalam music show which airs on the channel Kairali TV. The runtime of the show is 30 mins. When the show was launched, it was telecasted every Sunday at 3:00 p.m. However, later on, the show timing was changed but not fixed to any particular timeslot. So the show is telecasted on Mondays at 8:00 am, Sundays at 8:30 a.m. and sometimes also as early as 4:00 am or 6:00 a.m. The show is fitted into empty slots between other shows. Fresh n Hits is a music chart buster show. It is not like any countdown show.
