Kshanaprabha Chanjalam is a Malayalam serial broadcast on the Amrita TV channel. Neerupama is being nominated for an award by her co-office workers for her excellent work. Hari, another office person, is not so happy about this. Poornima.All of them are having a discussion. Mr.Mannon is appointed as the Assistant director in Chennai. He points out that he cannot relocate because of his wife’s job and his daughter, Anuradha. But as soon as he knows that Henry Williams is going to be his boss, he agrees. He returns home and is about to tell his family about this decision. His daughter asks him what is bothering him. Their mother,Madhu, comes home in another man’s car.This bothers Mr.Mannon and Madhu is also surprised to see her husband back from his job so soon. He tells Madhu about his promotion as the assistant director.
He tells her that Henry Williams would be his boss in the new office. They fight at dinner as Madhu does not want to relocate. She says that her commitments as a teacher are much more important. But her husband points out that she wants to roam with that man, her boss. So she does not want to relocate with him. After their fight, Mr.Mannon shouts at Madhu to go out of the house. But in the end, he resigns from the office. Madhu calls her husband cheap for thinking like this for her boss. She tells him ‘A flower does not reach a bee, it blossoms and the bee comes.’Mr.Mannon’s daughter dreams that her father committed suicide. She is worried about her father. Her father consoles her. Madhu sees all this. What is she planning to do?
