Mega Bangaratha Beeta is a Kannada shows broadcast on the Sun TV channel. The show starts with the entry of the parents and kids. The kids stand separately, while the parents stand in another group. This is a game show in which the team with the most number of points would be the winner. The five teams are Pearl, Ruby, Emerald, Diamond, and Coral. The first round consists of a round of questions. Starting with the Pearl team, as the kid gives an introduction and then gives the answer. If the contestant is unable to answer, then they can pass the question to the next team. The winning team wins a thousand points. The host also appreciates the kids who give an excellent introduction of themselves. There are four options for every question. The second part of the first round is for the mothers of the teams.

They have to play the quiz after giving an introduction of themselves. The introduction consists of their names, occupation, and hobbies. Some questions consist of recognizing a song just by listening to a single stanza. Audio is played for the contestants to recognize its singer or the song. The team captains are the fathers to every team. The fathers are called for the third part of the first round. After giving an introduction i.e. name, occupation, and hobbies, they have to answer the quiz. The contestants are asked whether they want to answer the question or not. There is an audio round and video round to be recognized. There is a board carrying each team’s marks, just below the team’s name. Sometimes a picture is shown to the contestants and they have to recognize the person.

The second round consists of choosing a number from the grids of numbers. This selection gives each team a personality related to which they have to answer questions. They are given time to discuss the picture assigned to them with their family members. After this round, the final points of all the teams are revealed. The Pearl team is at 6000 points, Coral team at 5000 points, Ruby team at 5000 points, Emerald at 6000 points, and Diamond at 5000 points. The third round consists of pressing the green or red button, accordingly, if the fact is right or wrong. Questions are asked to the parents of all the teams. After this round, the team scoring the least amount of scores is eliminated from the round.
