The first season was won by Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, which revolved around Kartik and Naira's lives. "Imlie," another popular show, finished as the first runner-up. Imlie, a young villager who moves to the city and experiences life-changing adventures, is the show's protagonist. The emotional drama "Anupamaa" focuses on the journey of a dedicated housewife named Anupamaa, played by Rupali Ganguly, who faces many challenges and is named second runner-up. "Pandya Store" took third place with its touching story of love and relationships in a traditional family-run business.
