Sumedha Kharmahe, known by nickname “Chattisgarh Ki Barbie Doll” is a well-known playback singer. She got a nation wide recognition for her performance in the Saregamapa Challenge TV show. She was born in Rajnangdaon, Chattisgarh to Gyanesh Karmahe and Sarla Karmahe. Sumedha was unable to speak until the age of two years for which her mother had to take her to doctors. But by god’s grace, she started to speak in a few days. To be more precise, she started to sing well before she could barely speak. In a short time, she became popular in her town for her singing skills. She participated in every singing competition in the district at different levels from district to state and won many prizes. But, she didn’t have an idea of making a career out of singing until that time. It was O P Nayyar, the legendary music director who recognized her talent and gave her an idea to become a singer when she won the Saregamapa Chattisgarh competition in 2004. She then moved to Chandigarh to pursue her higher education. But during the time of her final exams, She was selected for the Saregamapa Challenge 2007 for which she had to move to Mumbai. The show’s popularity boosted up exponentially as well as Sumedha’s. After the success of Saregamapa, she went to West Indies, USA, Canada to perform in a series of concerts. She performed in the prestigious IDEA Rock Concert Series 2008 with our renowned Shaan. She was offered to play lead roles in TV serials, but Sumedha declined the offers to dedicate herself completely to singing. She started her career as a playback singer when her solo song Chakri from the movie Tahaan became a chartbuster. Now she has done playbacks in six different languages along with two singles.

Sayantani Ghosh is a popular TV/film actress, dancer, and singer, and is famous for her roles in Naaginn, Adaalat, and Mahabharat. Born on 6th September 1987, she was brought up in Calcutta, West Bengal and earned a degree in English Literature. She is in a long term relationship with Bharat Kaul and is popularly known as the Bipasha Basu of Indian television.

She won the Miss Calcutta pageant which launched her career. She acted in Bengali movies like Raju Uncle, Swapnoo, Nayak - The Real Hero, and Sangharsha, before debuting on the small screen as Antara Wadhwa on Kumkum.

She featured as a naagin in Mrs. Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuyein. 

She was one of the contestants on Big Boss Season 6, the celebrity reality show on Colours. She had a special appearance in the film Himmatwala, and has acted in the Bengali movie, Chaap – The Pressure. This talented actress currently plays Satyavati in Star Plus’s Mythological drama, Mahabharat.

Born on 28th May, 1988, Amrapali Gupta hails from the town of Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh. Mandeep Bevli is a famous Indian television talk show host, news anchor and actress. Famous for her interviews with various public figures, Bevli has seamlessly appeared in television as a film and television actress, news anchor, food and travel show host, quiz show host and crime show hosts among others.

After shifting from Los Angeles in 1995, she did a few fashion shows and television shows like Great Indian Yatra Parade. She rose to fame with the semi-scripted television show Public Demand. Amit Paul is an Indian singer. He was a participant in Indian Idol Season 3 and gained his popularity after his appearance on that reality TV show. The judges- Javed Akhtar, Alisha Chinai, Udit Narayan and Anu Malik- liked his performances and considered him to be amongst the top singers of that season. He was a fellow participant of Meiyang Chang, Prashant Tamang, Emon Chatterjee and many more. Although Prashant Tamang bagged the winning award for the season, Paul fared well at the runners-up position. Amit Paul hails from Shillong, the capital of Meghalaya.
