Anand Malhotra’s son Veer is also an intern in the same batch of Sanchi. Anand Malhotra is the cruel murderer of Saanchi’s Father who was the real owner of Savitri Devi College & Hospital, but later Anand cheated on him and conquered on the hospital on his name. Jaya has always made her daughter Sanchi target the Savitri Devi hospital as she wants Anand Malhotra to payback for his evil crimes. Sanchi and Veer’s love story begins with their Tashan when Veer plays pranks on Saanchi and brings shame to her amid their internship. But with the passing time, Veer realizes Saanchi’s unseen innocent side and this makes him fall in love with her. And thereby the love story begins between the couple.

Savitri Devi College & Hospital is the complete mixture of typical daily soap drama, emotions, suspense, and mystery. Veer and Sanchi’s love and romance give a new turn to the storyline. Where everything goes perfect amid the couple, soon Saanchi comes across the evil truth of Anand and the painful murder of her father. Thus Saanchi goes revengeful against Anand and plans to target Veer taking revenge on Anand. Soon Veer and Saanchi get married and hereafter the real track of revenge and family melodrama begins in the storyline. Saanchi takes revenge on Anand where after Anand losses his memory and also goes mad.

Jaya finally gets justice for her husband, and also the hospital back from evil Anand. Veer and Saanchi’s marital love life faces unnumbered problems and challenges, but eventually, they surpass all and win their love. Veer supports Saanchi and her Mom Jaya after finding the whole big fat truth of evil Anand. With an intriguing story of love, revenge, and family melodrama, Veer and Saanchi become successful surgeons in Savitri Devi College & Hospital.

Unlike any other Hindi serial, which are full of love stories and drama within the family, Savitri Devi College and Hospital is a new Hindi serial that is to be aired on Colors TV this April. The show is produced by Rashmi Sharma, one of the founders of Rashmi Sharma Telefilms. Unlike her other productions, this show will be focusing on various unethical practices that are prevalent in the hospitals and the effects they have on people’s lives. The main plot line of the story follows a young intern, Sanchi Mishra which is played by Swarda Thigale, who becomes an intern at the hospital to make her mother’s dream come true. Dr. Veer Malhotra, who is being played by Varun Kapoor, is the main male protagonist of the show. His story line follows that of a genius doctor who takes up complicated and severe cases and follows a different diagnosis pattern as compared to the other doctors.

His role as a doctor is contradicted with his other side of being a misanthrope (a person that has hatred toward other humans), in spite of which he still leads a team of doctors. With various conflicts being present within the hospital, the show gives us a view of doctors and their interns facing different scenarios where each individual has to establish their own place within the hospital and maintain it through the bumpy journey with each situation thrown at them. Savitri Devi College and Hospital is said to be an adaptation of the American TV series, House, which follows a similar pattern of that of a brilliant doctor that who is also a misanthropic unconventional genius who in spite of his dependence on pain medicine also leads a group of doctors. Both TV series follow a line of pattern that allows us to see that doctors are not always as easy going as they want us to see.
