Nandini and her twin sister Ganga were born to a shape-shifting mother and a normal father. Soon after the kids are born, Nandini’s mother transforms her husband into a transgender person and handovers Ganga to him and vanishes with Nandini. Nandini possesses snake qualities, and Ganga possesses human qualities. However, Nandini’s father loses his memory and handovers his daughter to another person, who is a royal housemaid. Rajashekar from the royal house and his friends arrive at the place where Nandini and her mother live. They came there to grab kalachakras. They kill Nandini’s mother, and on her death bed, she asks her daughter, Nandini, to avenge Rajashekar, his team, and their families for her death. However, one of them from Rajashekar’s group locks Nandini in the snake pit.

Time rolls away, and the kids are now grown up. Ganga grows up in Rajashekar’s house as the royal maid’s daughter. Rajashekar’s son, Arun, falls in love with Janki. Soon, they get married. He leaves her in his palace and moves to Malaysia for business. Janki delivers a child. But Rajashekar’s brother-in-law, who wanted his daughter to marry Arun, kills Janki. Janki turns into a spirit and protects her family. The rest of the series focuses on Arun’s arrival, his second marriage, and Nandini’s revenge.
