The series is about a group of pranksters renowned as "Prankenstein" who were invited to the YouTube Fan Fest in Mumbai this year. To celebrate the occasion, they are going to party all night in an old Palace. However, some strange incidents change their flow of life. After reaching the palace, the boys are gone buy beers while the girls stay in their party room. When the boys return, they are amazed at what they see in the room. A middle-aged man captures girls at gunpoint as they cling to each other, shaking heavily in fear.

The kidnapper claims he is a die-complex follower of their YouTube channel and has always wanted the opportunity to meet them in person. He had a prank channel on YouTube but couldn't make it big. He resented them at first but realized later that this group had something in them that he was missing. Therefore, as a die-complex supporter, he wanted them to do a prank of his choosing. However, they have no choice but to agree to his demands. He hands them his first prank suggestion, which they must complete as a task. The prank seems easy for the pranksters as they have done much bigger and better Pranks than this.

But when they pursue the trail, things go awry. They end up killing an innocent man involved in their prank. In paranoia, fear, and haste, they rush to the palace to find their captor, looking at photos of their murder on his laptop. Since they couldn't complete the prank, they got to do a second task. Unfortunately, they killed another person accidentally. Panicked for committing two murders in one night, the group rushes to the palace to confront their master.
