Rangula Ratnam is a Telugu drama series. It first premiered on ETV Telugu on November 17th, 2021. The main characters in the serial seem to be Janaki, Lakshmi, Shankaram, and Suryam. At the beginning of the serial, a pregnant woman is rushed to the hospital by Janaki after going into emergency labor. This pregnant woman is Lakshmi. Lakshmi's condition during childbirth becomes critical. Janaki then contacts a man called Shankaram to update him on the situation. Shankaram and Suryam struggle to gather the funds required for Lakshmi’s delivery costs and care. With her health deteriorating, Lakshmi shares an emotional final request with Janaki and Suryam. She pleads with them to take care of both her newborn son as well as Shankaram after she is gone. The show has gained love from the audience and currently has 600 episodes.
