Thulladha Manamum Thullum is a Tamil romantic comedy-drama serial aired on Sun TV from 2019 to 2022. The story revolves around two young people, Rukmini and Kutty, who are from different worlds but fall in love. Rukmini is a wealthy and pampered young woman who lives in a big city. She is a singer who dreams of becoming a professional musician. Kutty is a poor and struggling singer who lives in a small town. He is a talented musician who dreams of making it big in the city.
The two meet when Rukmini comes to the village to attend a wedding. They are immediately drawn to each other, but their relationship is complicated by their different backgrounds. Rukmini’s parents oppose her relationship with Kutty because they think he is not good enough for her. Kutty’s friends and family are also skeptical of Rukmini because they believe she is only interested in his money. Despite the challenges, Rukmini and Kutty fight for their love. They eventually overcome the obstacles and find happiness together.
