The show was directed by Anup Chakraborty. The show is centred around the complicated love story of the two protagonists, Alokparna and Srijan. Alokparna and Srijan have an arranged marriage.

Despite being complete opposites, they fall in love amidst the bitter-sweet surprises life throws at them. The story begins at a point where Parna decides to choose an eligible bachelor from a joint family, but her mother suggests otherwise. Later, Parna rejects a prospective groom from Canada, a young charming guy chosen by her mother and aunt. Later in the story, Parna saves Srijan's grandmother from drowning. Soon, Thammi announced that she was keen on getting Srijan and Parna married.

Parna's singing impresses everyone. Priyotosh suggests that Parna and Srijan should meet without the family around to strengthen their bond and understanding. Sharbani warns Parna against getting married into a joint family. After seeing the massive prices at a restaurant, Parna and Srijan go to Sarkar Cabin. During the date, Parna is not impressed by seeing Srijan's stingy behaviour, and later, she speaks to her family about it. The love between the two youngsters blossoms after some ups and downs and soon, Srijan and Parna agree to get married. What happens next? How does this love story between Srijan and Parna unfold?
