Plot
Raju is a fisherman, and he shares a good bond with Satya. They decide to take their relationship to the next level. At that time, Raju was honoured with the leadership title Thandel. On seeing this, Satya asks him to give up fishing after analyzing his safety. But, Raju doesn’t listen to her words and went with his fishermen’s team for fishing. Unknowing the sea limits, they enter the Pakistani borders and finally end up in jail. Will they get out of jail? What does Satya do after Raju gets the jail term? The rest of the film speaks about Raju and Satya’s bonding and their efforts to get out of the prison.
Star Performance
Sai Pallavi shines as Satya. She excels in her character and emotes extremely well. Naga Chaitanya has performed naturally, after a long. His effortless transformation is admirable. Pallavi and Chay’s chemistry is excellent. The rest of the stars have done justice to the given roles.
Analysis
The story is simple, yet the screenplay is emotionally woven. The characterization is decent. The film has many genres, including romance and patriotism. If the writing had been a little better, a few weak scenes might have appeared better. A few scenes appeared to be a repetition. The prison sequences could’ve been made better. The visuals are the highlights of the film. The editing is good, but yet, a few chops would have made the film crisper. The music composition by DSP is good. The songs and the BGM are beautifully composed.
