Star Performances

Nagarjuna has crossed more than 50 films in his career, but the astonishing fact is that he still looks youthful. And in this film, he just looks stunning in Dhoti. Nag steals the show with his natural performance, and his dialogue delivery is outstanding. And for Ramya Krishnan, she has given a seasoned performance; she is convincing as both the wife and mother. Also, at this age, she still looks appealing. Lavanya Tripathi has also done her role well, but she could have worked on her dialogue delivery a bit. Analysis

The movie revolves around a village, and this is an additional advantage to the film. And Nagarjuna has essayed double role, that of a grandfather and grandson. The importance given to family ties work for the film.
Nagarjuna shares a good chemistry with both the female leads.
Romance is told in a refreshing way in this movie.
The locales, in the backdrop of a village in Andhra Pradesh, add to the gleam of the movie. It is indeed heartening to see such locales captivated at its visual best.
Kalyana Krishna, the director, has succeeded in crafting the characters well.
There is a good twist in the movie that will strike the right chord with the audience.
The comedy track is ok.
Music by Anup Rubens Anup Rubens is a music composer in Telugu movies. >> Read More... gels well with the mood of the film. In fact, this is one of the major USPs of the film.
Dialogues complement with the tempo of the film.

What’s not there?

The villain’s role could have been etched well.
The second half is quite slow. Also, the movie takes its own time in unraveling twists.
Though the movie is having a feel-good element it is not executed well.
