Plot
Vikram Aditya is an ad filmmaker. His left hand is controlled by his twin. Yes, he is born with the Vanishing hand syndrome. Once, he was invited to visit Himachal with a bus full of people and many are strangers to him. During their chat, a few people speak about a person named Arun. While they were traveling, their bus meets an accident. Except Vikram, the rest in the bus died. Meanwhile, Arun crosses Vikram’s life too. He plans to kill Vikram and his people. Who is Arun? What is the connection between Vikram and Arun? Did Vikram save his family from Arun? Watch the film in theaters.
Star Performance
Naga Chiatanya has done his role neatly as Vikram. He has been honing his acting skills and it exposed well in Premam and now in Savyasachi. Yet, Madhavan has done a super duper role and he had excelled in it. Bhumika comes as Chay’s sissy and she had done a decent job. The heroine Nidhi has nothing big to do, except romancing our hero, Chay.
Analysis
The director has come with a good concept, yet we couldn’t stop comparing it with Wild Tales, a short film made in Argentina. The traces of that short film are seen in Savyasachi with added Telugu flavors. Maddy’s role is well designed than that of Chay. Maddy had excelled in the given role as usual. and now he looks like a rough and tough guy, who could do any role. His looks and body language are awesome and that is the highlight of the film. Already the teaser and the trailer had brought a good BGM experience and MM Keeravani had just nailed it. The cinematography and the production designs are neat.

Verdict
Savyasachi is the war between Chay and Maddy. When Chay wins the battle on the screen, Maddy wins the hearts in real. Savyasachi – watchable once!
