Plot
The CM of Andhra Pradesh gives powers to the Major Prasad Rao, to form a secret team that functions to clear the enemies and their operations are not necessarily to be followed as in the rules book. Prasad appoints Chaari as the secret agent. When a bomb blast happens in Hyderabad, Prasad approaches Chaari to find out the terrorists and book them. What happened next forms the rest of the story.
Star Performance
Vennela Kishore plays the protagonist Chaari and shoulders the film. His comedy timing and body language are impressive. Samyuktha did well in the action scenes. Murli Sharma, Thagubothu Ramesh, and Satya have done justice to the given roles.
Analysis
The story is not new, but the difference is it is told in a comical way with Vennela Kishore. Though some scenes are silly, Kishore’s comedy made the audience laugh out loud. All these worked well in the first half. When the second half has serious scenes, the interest in watching the movie diminishes, as the scenes are not so authentic. As the first half was full of comedy and silly scenes, the audience couldn’t connect to the seriousness in the second half. The animated flashback didn’t create any significant impact. The visuals are cool and the BGM gel well.

Verdict
Though the first half is silly, the film managed to make the audience sit with the comedy scenes, but that’s not the same in the second half. Chaari 111 is not a compelling watch!
