Star Performances

Panja Vaisshnav Tej as Balakotayya " Balu Click to look into! >> Read More... "/Rudra Kaleshwar Reddy has done a fantastic job in the lead role. Sreeleela as Chitravathi " Chitra Chitra was the Veteran actress of the Hindi film i >> Read More... ", Balu's love interest, is incredibly gorgeous in the frame. Panja and Sreeleela have an excellent on screen chemistry. Joju George and Aparna Das have done an exceptional performance in supporting roles. Jayaprakash and Radhika are also perfectly fit into their roles.

Plot

The movie starts with Balu living peacefully with his parents, and is working at a cosmetics firm. As an interesting twist, learns about the death of his biological father, who was an influential politician. He sets on a journey of finding the reason for his father's death and returns to his hometown, Rayalaseema. He also meets Chitra who later becomes his love interest.

After returning to his hometown he vows to save his sister Vajra and a beautiful ancestral temple from being destroyed by a deadly local Mafia Chenga Reddy. The movie is then an action packed dramatic tale of Revenge and family drama.

Analysis

The movie has a beautifully set cast crew. But the movie has nothing new to offer.

The movie has the expected old bland storyline of the villain and action. The movie at times feels outdated and very monotonous. The synchronization and chemistry between the actors is definitely a catch, but it doesn't make the picture worthwhile. The comedy dialogues and the interplay between the supporting actors is amazingly directed but the second half disappoints the common audience. The action sequences also seem overly done and are not engaging. The movie drama sequences also don't feel original and give a boring appeal to the watchers. A few scenes and sequences may also feel unnecessary and may tire the audience and loosen the interest.

What's There?

  • On-point humor and comedy that entertains the fun-loving audience.
  • Excellent chemistry and bonding between the actors.
  • Simple and straightforward storyline.

What's Not There?

  • Lack of originality and intriguing storyline that may bore the audience looking for a cleverly set movie.
  • There are many boring action sequences that may not seem interesting to a set of audience.
  • Lack of creativity and unique script writing.

Verdict

The movie definitely has an exceptional set of actors but isn't a worthwhile movie. This movie has nothing new to offer and seems bland and boring. The movie feels outdated and tedious.

The romance trope is creatively set and a positive side of the movie. The drama, action and irrelevant dialogues don't go well together. But it can be a one-time leisure watch for the people not looking for a complicated story line and want a simple family movie.
