Looks like Naga Vamsi is having the last laugh.
After facing criticism for his statements on Bollywood and nepotism, the Telugu producer hit it out of the park with Mad Square. Despite mixed reviews, the movie is well on course to become a certified box office success, earning more than 50 crores worldwide on a budget of 40 crores within the opening weekend.
In a recent interview, Naga Vamsi lashed out at his critics, saying that if they hate him so much, they should impose a blanket ban on his films, and stop taking ads. Even after this, he would make his films successful.
Mad Square is the sequel to the 2023 film Mad. Made on a shoestring budget of 8 crores, the movie earned 24 crores worldwide, making it a sleeper hit. The sequel has also been written and directed by
